I’m based in the USA and recently got myself a gm mdi passthrough along with a laptop that had the gm software loaded. It performed flawlessly without any hiccups. I even managed to program computers using gm's online servers with the mdi. A month or so later, I attempted to install some other software on the laptop and, well, I kinda messed things up during that process. The customer support from uobdii was top-notch. They sorted out all the issues I faced with the laptop via TeamViewer in just a few days. I’d totally recommend buying from them without a second thought because they really know how to assist.

I purchased it with shipping from Europe.

Without any prior notice, the hard drive was shipped separately from China, so I ended up getting one piece of the order that’s pretty much useless without the other.
